Registration Guidelines for International Participants

Participants of the events at the CSJ Chemistry Festa are required to register for participation regardless of whether the registration fee is charged/free. Please register using the registration form below.

Please note that student poster presenters do not have to register as they have already paid the registration fee.

When CSJ Chemistry Festa is cancelled due to natural disasters, transportation disorder, accidents, and other reasons that CSJ is not responsible for, the registration and poster entry fee may not be returned. This is because CSJ Chemistry Festa is regarded as being held with the publication of the program book. Please be aware of this.

Participants of Festa Events

Period: Early Registration
　August 3rd- September 18th at noon
※ Due date of payment: September 18th; Regular Registration
　September 18th afternoon- October 22nd
※ Due date of payment: September 18th
How to Register: Please use the registration form below. If you cannot use the form, please contact the CSJ office as soon as possible.
Fees for Registration and Program Book: The registration fees are indicated in the table below. The registration fee covers the program book (PDF) fee.

*1 Individual Regular Member, Individual Educational Member, Individual Senior Member, Corporate Regular Member.
*2 Poster reviewer can join all Festa events on the day he/she is assigned as a poster reviewer. If he/she wants to join Festa events on other days, please apply as a “Poster reviewer”.
*3 Booklet is available only during Early registration.
* Registration fee is taxable.

How to pay

During Early registration (August 3rd- September 18th at noon), you can choose following payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, postal money order and invoice. If you cannot pay by the payment due date, your registration will be canceled automatically.During Regular registration (September 18th afternoon- October 22nd), we only accept credit card.

How to buy Booklets (Printed)

During Early registration (August 3rd- September 18th at noon), you can choose to purchase booklet (Printed). We will send booklet after September 28th for those who purchased. Please be aware that you cannot booklet (Printed) after Early registration.

How to participate

When your payment is confirmed, you will receive “Notice of Payment Confirmation and information on how to participate Festa events” by e-mail. Please follow the e-mail to join the events. (It may take about a week until we confirm your payment if you choose to pay by bank transfer, postal money order or invoice.)

About Receipt

You can download the receipt from the e-mail “Notice of Payment Confirmation and information on how to participate Festa events”.

Participants of Public Events

Those who would like to participate only in public events, please use the registration form below. You will receive the confirmation e-mail after you register. Please follow the e-mail to join the events.

Mixing Party

The mixing party will be held from 18:00 on October 21rd　 by　using Remo . About 400 participants join the mixing party every year with great success. You may get the prize offered by sponsored companies. Participants of Festa events, invited speakers and Poster presenters are free to join. Please feel free to join.
